MEO PLUS CAFE
Strong five-star loyalty masks deeper cracks. Many report excellent seafood and attentive service on good days, but a growing cohort hit stale ingredients, stuffy air, inflated prices, and staff who deflect seating requests. Inconsistency is the real problem: the same meal tastes fresh one month, mushy the next. Food quality swings wildly; ventilation and portion value divide opinion sharply. When the kitchen and air work, diners leave happy. When they don't, a RM30 plate in a stuffy room feels like a ripoff. Service recovers well once engaged, but getting seated upstairs requires persistence.
